  • International shipping is not available at this time.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after order confirmation.
  • Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional events.

  • For orders to remote areas, shipping may take up to 10 business days.

Delivery Time:

  • Standard delivery times range from 3-7 business days within India, depending on your location.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

Delivery Attempts:

  • Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order up to two times. If unsuccessful, your order may be returned to us.
  • In such cases, you may need to contact our customer service to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply).

Shipping Address Changes:

  • After the order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

Undeliverable Packages:

  • If a package is returned to Vacento due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges for re-shipment.
