Refund policy
At Vacento, we aim to provide you with the finest shopping experience. If for any reason you're unsatisfied with your purchase, here’s what you need to know:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Refund amount will be credited to back to the source account within 7 days.
- Clearance sale items are non-returnable.
- The return process is initiated via email at vishal@vacento.com, and you must provide proof of purchase.
Return Process:
- Once we receive the return request, we will send you instructions for returning the item.
- Vacento will bear the return shipping cost.
- Upon receiving the returned product, it will be checked by our quality assurance team.
- If the product fails to meet the return conditions (unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging), it will be returned to you at your expense.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- In case of a missing, wrong, or damaged product, please contact our customer care team within 72 hours of delivery.
- For such instances, we will ensure a prompt resolution.
International Orders:
- Unfortunately, international orders are not eligible for any returns or exchanges.
Exchange Policy:
- If you wish to exchange a product, it must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be in unused condition, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
